Why do they leave the tails on the shrimp? I hate that. They do the same thing on sushi. Do you know how hard it is to get the tail off with chop sticks?
I don't know why sometimes those suckers are hard to get off though but usually I don't have a problem with them. with chop sticks I have to use my fingers to take them off.
