Frenglish
Here in Orlando we have a very large Puerto Rican community, which is great because you just can't beat puerto rican food and it's nice to have some cultural variety. The only problem is I took french in school and I never get to practice it. I've probably lost most of my learnings from not practicing but I realize that sometimes I speak frenglish. Don't tell the French that, they'd hate it. They are very much into preserving there dialect and language.
Sometimes I say things such as:
J'agree - I agree
Shut your bouche - Shut your mouth. instead of ferme-la bouche because shut your bouche just sounds dirty.
Sometimes I call my dog Chien Rouge - Red Dog
a la in front of anything.
I say a la bank but I prounouce it a la bonk.
I never noticed I did this until i wrote j'agree in an instant message

Maybe it work for a Chinese family that did not know French.
Chien Rouge sounds sort of like Chinese. They also like two-part names like Ting-Wei
